THE LOOKBOOK:
When crafting a virtual theatre production using Zoom+OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), you have essentially unlimited choices of where actors can be in relation to each other. This Lookbook was created as a set of visual look templates to help tell the story of a piece.
The Lookbook is a starting place for creators who want to explore OBS with a little bit of structure. Teachers can use the Lookbook to give students a set of tools for visual composition in virtual theatre. Directors can use the Lookbook to craft a visual story arc within a play. And everyone can use the Lookbook as a jumping off place to build a core visual vocabulary while exploring more specificity and options with OBS.
THE STORYBOARD
This storyboard template provides digital theatre productions with a streamlined process for creating and documenting cues ("scenes") in OBS so that remote teams can more easily collaborate, share information, and develop a unified production vision.
